School dealing with aftermath of fatal bus crash

A month after the school bus crash at Singleton which claimed the life of nine-year-old Harry Dunn, his younger brother Luke, has returned to school.

Police are still investigating the fatal collision between the bus and a truck, which also left seven-year-old Luke Dunn and another student with serious injuries.

Principal at St Catherine's Catholic College, Brian Lacey says the Singleton community has rallied to support the school and the Dunn family in the weeks since the crash.

He says the response of Luke Dunn's classmates has also been inspiring.

"He came to school on Monday, very keen to get back into the routines and the demands of Year One and very excited to see his mates," he said.
