Kiwi Catholics seek online partners

Next month, the New Zealand Catholic Church will launch a new online matchmaking service with St Raphael as patron.

The New Zealand Press Association reports that a website called Catholic Matcher New Zealand will help single Catholics looking for someone to share their faith and values.

St Raphael is the patron of Catholic singles and of happy meetings.

The initiative has been blessed by Archbishop John Dew of Wellington.

The website includes video and audio, chat, as well as instant messaging, internal email. There will be mentoring, advice and prayer available.
