We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for a 12 month fixed term contract in the role of Mission Executive at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba.
The successful candidate will be able to support and assist executive and staff to communicate and implement the philosophy, mission, vision and values of St Vincent’s Health Australia. They will have knowledge of the Code of Ethical Standards and Catholic social teaching and the ability to deliver adult education.
- Integrate the mission framework of St Vincent’s Health Australia into facility strategic plans, mission education programs and all aspects of care
- Plan and co-ordinate events and occasions pertinent to the facility and the organisation as a whole (feast days, name days, celebrations, missions)
- Manage the direct reports who oversee the provision of mission, pastoral care, outreach services and volunteer services within our facilities
- Develop, organise and participate within mission activities, programs and projects as required, including orientation programs
