Townsville Catholic Education Office employs 2300 staff and provides leadership and support to 29 schools, kindergartens and early childcare centres extending across the diocese from Townville to the Northern Territory border, south to the Whitsundays and north to the beautiful Hinchinbrook district. The Office has a reputation for excellence and innovation and is seeking to strengthen its strategic capacity through the this leadership role – the Director, Organisational Services and Capability.
With a background in Strategic HR, OD and Change Management, you will have demonstrated your ability to drive measurable business improvement as part of executive teams in other organisations.
Reporting to the newly appointed Executive Director of Catholic Education, you will play a key role in moving this already mature and capable organisation to the forefront of contemporary organisational practices, positioning Townsville as leaders on the national and international stage in the provision of outstanding Catholic Education for children across the Diocese.
