Administration Assistant - Business Services
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced people for the Administration Assistant within the Business Services Team of the Marist Association. The Marist Association is the community that sponsors and governs Marist work within Australia. This covers the core Ministry areas of Marist Schools Australia, Marist Youth Ministry, Marist 180 and Marist Solidarity.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a high level of administration support and assistance, where confidentiality, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organisational, communication skills and contemporary computing skills are required. This position enables Ministries to operate and flourish in service to the Catholic Church in Australia.
Under the direction of the Association Business Services Manager, this broad position will assist Association Ministries and Province Community Leaders with employment matters. In collaboration with other members of the Business Services team, this position will also assist with monitoring awards, work health and safety matters and the onboarding processes.
Essential qualifications include the completion of a recognised administration course or similar with experience in operating a range of software programs including Microsoft Office 365. The position is located at Marist Centre Sydney in Mascot, NSW.
