The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate support to the Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) a system which is made up of 103 Catholic schools and colleges, employing over 8,400 staff.

This is an exciting executive level opportunity to lead the People, Leadership & Culture section. The role is responsible for Human Resources and Workforce Planning; Leadership and Workforce Development; Workplace Culture; and System Safeguarding and Development functions.
This role leads, influences and delivers contemporary best practice, aligned strategic Human Resource services and programs to our schools that plan, attract, develop, and retain organisational capability across the system.
This strategic role works collaboratively with other executives to deploy and promote the strategic vision, drive transformational cultural change, provides educational leadership and continuously improve outcomes for students.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and energised to influence, shape and enhance organisational capability and culture that will enable positive school outcomes for students.
Someone with senior leadership experience who has highly developed capability in leadership, strategic planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
You will be a highly focused and driven person with a contemporary knowledge across all areas of Human Resources coupled with relevant academic qualifications.
A practising Catholic whose faith is visible in life and work.
