A festival will be held in Sydney's Waitara on March 27 to launch the Journey to World Youth Day 2016.
Bishop Peter A Comensoli, Bishop of Broken Bay, is calling for 500 young pilgrims to join him in the experience of a lifetime. “Engaging youth in the life of the Church is a great passion of mine,” says Bishop Comensoli. “One of our key opportunities to draw young people into a deeper relationship with their faith is through participation in a World Youth Day experience.”
