About Us:
Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is embarking on an exciting new phase of growth and improvement. We are seeking a smart, courageous and deeply committed Deputy Director to join our Executive Director in leading this transformative journey.
Your Role:
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams of experienced and determined staff committed to undertaking a renewed program of growth and improvement across 60 learning centres. Your leadership smarts and experience will inspire broadscale and dogged progress in Learning and Teaching, Catholic Mission & Formation, Improvement & Safeguarding teams as we prioritise outstanding learner growth for every student, every teacher, every school, every day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, lead, manage and ensure governance oversight of schools and early learning centres.
- Implement a comprehensive Tier 1-3 MTSS learning and teaching program, teacher professional learning, evidence-informed intervention strategies and the utilisation of sophisticated measures of student growth across learning, wellbeing, behaviour and Catholic identity.
- Integrate differentiated programs of Catholic formation for students, staff and families to embed a deep culture of re-contextualisation.
- Review and renew child safeguarding policies and practices inclusive of age-appropriate Tier 1-3 wellbeing and behaviour support programs.
- Foster a culture of professional development for principals, leaders and teachers.
- Strengthen relationships with parents, parishes and the wider community.
- Ensure schools comply with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial oversight, research integration and board reporting.
- Deputise for the Executive Director.

About You:
- Advanced degree in Education or a related field
- Extensive experience in educational leadership
- Proven ability to manage schools and lead diverse teams
- Strong understanding of Catholic teachings and values
- Visionary leadership with a collaborative approach
