JRS Australia seeks a dynamic senior professional to lead the development and implementation of our sustainability and partnerships strategy, including scaling and diversifying revenue and strategic, values-driven partnerships, whilst nurturing relations with our existing supporter base, comprising donors and volunteers. The strategy will also incorporate ESG measures to enhance sustainability.
Reporting to the Country Director and working closely with the senior management team and Board, the Head of Sustainability and Partnerships will play a key role in enhancing JRS Australia’s profile and impact and leads a small, energetic team of staff, supported by volunteers and consultants.
Our ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, results-oriented strategic thinker, and a strong, collaborative, adaptable and empathetic leader. You are also a confident and persuasive communicator, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and well-being.
The position is 0.9 FTE, aligned with the SCHADS Award, and contracted to 30 December 2025, with the possibility of renewal or transition to permanency. Flexible working arrangements and attractive salary packaging options apply (up to $15,900 tax-free per year).
