Deputy Principal – Loreto Kirribilli (NSW)
posted 3 weeks ago in EducationJob Description
Loreto Kirribilli is an independent Catholic school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 with an enrolment of over 1,100 students. Established on the peninsula in 1908, our school is proud to be part of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (IBVM), an international network of faith, friendship and education, imbued with the Mary Ward tradition of women ‘doing much’ in the service of others.
Our school is a learning community where positive relationships flourish, the dignity and rights of all are respected and where joy and hope are hallmarks. Our strength is driven by the values we hold dear: verity, justice, sincerity, felicity, freedom of mind and spirit.
At our heart is a culture of growth and excellence, where we are focused on the education of the whole child, intellectually, culturally, socially and spiritually. We celebrate success and champion endeavour. We develop lifelong learners who are collaborative, creative, critical thinkers, equipped to be positive agents for change in our constantly evolving world.
Loreto Kirribilli invites appropriately qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Deputy Principal, to commence at the beginning of T4 2023.
The successful applicant will be an outstanding leader with a vision for future-focused excellence in teaching and learning, school administration and operations management. A strong faith as a Catholic and proven ability to articulate a contemporary expression of their faith; the new Deputy Principal will have a proven track record in education, managing risk, project management, facilities management, staff development and community engagement. The new Deputy Principal will be an experienced and inspirational leader capable of maintaining the culture within the School that promotes our Catholic faith in the tradition of Mary Ward and the heritage of Loreto. The appointee will be a role model with the energy, enthusiasm and resilience to motivate and inspire all members of the School community.
