About Us:

Catholic Religious Australia (CRA) is a peak body for the Leaders of around 150 religious institutes across Australia. CRA is the national voice for our members and provides a broad range of services to support Religious Institute Leaders, at this time of change within the Catholic Church. CRA focuses on justice, advocacy and leadership. The CRA Secretariat is a warm, motivated and friendly team of professionals engaged in multiple projects.

About the role:

CRA is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Team Administration Assistant with strong administrative and digital skills to join our small team.

This important role involves:

  • Administrative support for the Secretariat team
  • Communication-related tasks including preparing digital communications, a range of documents such as PowerPoints, flyers and surveys as well as website management
  • Events support and hospitality
  • Database maintenance
  • General office duties

About You – essential criteria:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Proven track-record of high-quality administrative support
  • Capacity to work across multiple priorities
  • High level Microsoft Office suite skills
  • High level competence in the digital space
  • Strong database management skills
  • Strong IT skills including management of video conferences and the ability to trouble shoot
  • Strong organisational, time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong member-service, interpersonal skills and a team player
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
