SALARY- $ 144,826 P.A PLUS SUPER
The School:
St John’s Catholic College is a safe, connected, learning community for local, boarding and international students. The College strives for excellence and ensures the holistic development of each student through a balanced approach to faith, academic, sporting and cultural activities.
The position:
The Deputy Principal provides a high level of leadership, counsel and support to the Principal across all aspects of the College, with a specific focus on: Pastoral Care and Wellbeing, Timetabling, Daily Organisation, and Staff Management. The Deputy Principal is challenged to be a person of faith and vision for Catholic education and has the capacity to communicate this vision to others in the school community. As a member of the senior leadership team of the school, key areas of work include management of the college and working with specialised staff members to achieve student outcomes.
