General Manager Mission and Culture
- Based in Darwin with beautiful landscapes and year round warm temperatures
- Relocation Assistance available up to $3000
- Serve as the visionary leader of CatholicCare NT

About the role
The General Manager Mission and Culture will serve as the visionary leader, driving the alignment of our organisation’s ethos and staff with the core mission and values of CatholicCare NT. This pivotal role emphasises dynamic leadership, comprehensive formation, strategic innovation and unwavering commitment to our mission.
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Theology/mission/spirituality and relevant experience and /or qualifications in social science, social work or health.
- To be a person of faith and deep spirituality and have the ability to form strategic partnerships within the agencies of the Diocese, its Parishes and to develop networks nationally and internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of people includes different cultural groups, different religious groups, and other diverse people.
