EREA Colleges is seeking to appoint a Director of Business at Rostrevor College. As a Director of Business, you will have a key role in business operations, finance and planning of the College. The key responsibilities of this role include strategic leadership, financial management and reporting, legal and personnel management, administrative services, accounting and property and facilities management.

We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with a proven track record in financial management and experience in budget planning and monitoring, financial reporting, managing cash flow and capital works. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are also essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a range of diverse stakeholders.

 

As an integral member of the College Leadership Team, you will have a visible and relational approach, ensuring that the College’s philosophy, aims and objectives are reflected in the role, and ensuring that our financial resources are used effectively to support our mission.
