Townsville Catholic Education (TCE) supports 29 schools across North and North-West Queensland, from Ingham in the north to Proserpine in the south and west to Mount Isa. Position Overview:

Reporting to the Executive Director, this position provides strategic leadership and integration across three specialist portfolios: People and Safety; Student Protection; and Student Wellbeing and Pastoral Services. Each area is led by experienced professionals, and the Director’s role is to align, enable and elevate this work to ensure cohesive, system-wide impact.

The role maintains visibility across workforce and student support functions to identify emerging risks, strengthen governance and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
