Salary Range: $175,567 to $192,064 per annum pending experience + Super + Allowances

We are seeking an exceptional and faith-filled leader to take on the role of Principal, leading a vibrant Catholic school community committed to excellence in teaching and learning. Grounded in the centrality of Jesus Christ, this role offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen the mission of Catholic education while nurturing the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of every student.

As Principal, you will work collaboratively with the leadership team to foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, and high expectations, where staff feel supported and students are inspired to thrive. You will lead with vision and purpose, championing contemporary pedagogy, student wellbeing, and professional learning, while building leadership capacity across the school.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will use data-informed practices to enhance teaching, improve student outcomes, and drive innovation. Your ability to mentor and develop others, alongside your commitment to Catholic identity and community engagement, will be key to your success.

With proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to Catholic education, you demonstrate the ability to develop and mentor others within a professional learning culture. Drawing on your knowledge of contemporary pedagogy, curriculum design and student wellbeing, you inspire excellence and model inclusive, values-driven leadership. You’ll also lead continuous improvement and innovation, using data-informed practice to strengthen teaching, learning and student outcomes.

You’ll bring authentic faith leadership as an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community, together with full accreditation to teach Religious Education and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
