Salary Range: $214,704 per annum

Located in Proserpine in the heart of the Whitsundays, St Catherine’s Catholic College is a welcoming P-12 co-educational College with a proud history dating back to 1925. About you

With proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to Catholic education, you will demonstrate the ability to develop and mentor others within a professional learning culture. Drawing on your knowledge of contemporary pedagogy, curriculum design and student wellbeing, you inspire excellence and model inclusive, values-driven leadership. You’ll also lead continuous improvement and innovation, using data-informed practice to strengthen teaching, learning and student outcomes.

You’ll bring authentic faith leadership as an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community, together with full accreditation to teach Religious Education and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
