Company Description

The YCW and its sister movement, the YCS, are international movements of young students and young workers making a difference in their local communities. The YCS and YCW form small groups and teams of students and young workers to take action on the issues that affect them the most. Through a process of action and reflection known as see-judge-act, grounded in Catholic Social Teaching, leadership is developed for life long impact.

With branches in most capital cities, the YCS and YCW are open and inclusive organisations, reflective of the reality of young people today. The YCS and YCW promotes a values-driven culture where young people are at the centre of all that we do. Movements are run by and for young people who are supported by teams of mentors in each city.
