Centacare FNQ and Catholic Early Learning and Care (CELC) are two vital services of the Catholic Diocese of Cairns, united under one Board and grounded in the values of Catholic Social Teaching. Together, we serve communities across Far North Queensland through compassionate social services and quality early childhood education.

Centacare FNQ has supported individuals, families and communities since 1981. Our services span mental health and wellbeing, multicultural support, disaster recovery, employment and more — always with a focus on dignity, connection and inclusion.

CELC offers early learning, kindergarten, and outside school hours care that nurtures each child’s growth. With a strong emphasis on relationships, development and Gospel values, CELC helps children and families thrive.
