Heart of Life was founded in 1983 and is a ministry of the Australian Province of the Society of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart (MSC).  It offers a ministry in spirituality, the formation of spiritual directors and pastoral supervisors, spiritual direction, pastoral supervision, and reflection events.  Its formation programs in spiritual direction, supervision and spiritual leadership are attended by those from Australia and overseas:  Its Siloam and Spiritual Leaders programs are accredited by Yarra Theological Union and the University of Divinity.  The centre is situated in Croydon, Victoria.
