Marist Schools Australia Limited (MSA Ltd) is a not-for-profit Catholic organisation. Our purpose is to advance education and religion, specifically to make ‘Jesus Christ known and loved’ and to ensure quality Catholic education in the Marist tradition through our schools across Australia.
MSA Ltd has offices in NSW, QLD and Victoria to support the needs of 12 governed schools and 43 member schools across all Australian mainland states and territories.
About the position
Join Marist Schools Australia as the welcoming face of the Marist Centre Melbourne, supporting a vibrant, mission driven Catholic education community. This dynamic Administration Officer / Receptionist role combines frontline reception, diverse administrative support, event coordination and facilities oversight, working closely with senior leaders and a range of Marist ministries. Ideal for a proactive, people focused professional, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a value centred organisation.

You will bring:
- Experience in administration, reception or business support, with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills across Microsoft 365 suite and video‑conferencing platforms
- A positive, self‑motivated and professional approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Willingness to work within a faith‑based and values‑led organisation
