Job Description

The Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administration services to the Institute Leadership team within the Institute Centre in Stanmore.

Using your strong administration skills, you will be responsible for a wide range of administration support, including duties such as meeting coordination, minute taking, domestic travel & accommodation, managing correspondence and general office assistance in other areas of the organisation.

The Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Sound experience working as an Administration Officer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • An ability to demonstrate strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work as part of a small and cohesive team
  • An ability to be sensitive and discreet and hold confidentiality
  • Sound experience using Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms such as Teams & Zoom

You will meet and liaise with visitors onsite or callers by phone and a gentle and compassionate manner would be one that would fit well within the environment and the team.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role will require you to work full time hours Monday – Friday, with flexibility for some work to be completed from home.  An attractive salary is on offer commensurate with the role.
