You will provide effective professional leadership by developing and nurturing the Catholic tradition and Religious Life of the School, while coordinating the planning, delivery and assessment of Religious Education across all year levels.

As a visible faith leader, you will inspire confidence, enthusiasm and optimism in others – fostering a culture where students are encouraged to live with curiosity, compassion and integrity. You’ll build an inclusive and trusting school community, cultivating productive and supportive working relationships with staff, families and parish partners. Drawing on your strong emotional intelligence and reflective practice, you’ll be an approachable and effective coach, providing clear guidance, constructive feedback and professional mentorship to help others grow.
