The Opportunity
Are you ready to shape the future of Catholic Education in South Australia?
Join us as a Catholic Identity & Mission Advisor (Catholic Studies Lecturer) and play a pivotal role in connecting CESA’s vision with undergraduate and postgraduate learning.
You’ll be at the forefront developing fit-for-purpose learning and training that attracts and inspires future educators. Be part of a dynamic team, scoping and delivering faith formation for teachers and leaders, and embedding cutting-edge practice through secondment to UniSA. Your work will directly impact the accreditation and formation of pre-service teachers, helping them, and you, transform Catholic schools for generations to come.
About You
You thrive on inspiring others, building faith leadership, and responding creatively to the needs of both tertiary students and school staff. You’re ready to animate faith leadership and evolve tertiary qualifications for accreditation and leadership.
We are looking for a passionate educator with:
- Appropriate theological qualifications (Masters level or higher in Theology or related field)
- Registration and accreditation to teach in South Australia’s Catholic schools
- Proven leadership in Religious Education and Catholic identity
- Experience designing and delivering engaging, contemporary learning and formation programs
- A creative, collaborative approach to professional learning and faith formation
- Commitment to the mission and vision of Catholic Education South Australia
