About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Catholic Identity and Mission Officer provides strategic leadership to:
- Lead and embed Catholic identity across all aspects of system life—learning, culture, leadership and community engagement
- Oversee Religious Education curriculum, pedagogy and accreditation
- Drive faith formation for leaders and staff
- Strengthen partnerships with parishes, clergy and Catholic agencies
- Contribute to whole-of-organisation strategy and cross-functional leadership
This is a role of both spiritual leadership and executive influence, ensuring Catholic education is a lived expression of the Gospel in a contemporary context.
