The role

The Chief Executive Officer of Caritas Australia is a dynamic leadership opportunity for experienced executives seeking to drive meaningful social change.  This person leads the organisation’s commitment to the Catholic Church’s mission in humanitarian development.  This role involves shaping and implementing strategic goals, fostering key partnerships, and championing humanitarian causes on a national and international scale. As CEO, you will lead a high-performing team, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and uphold Caritas’ values in all aspects of the organisation’s work. The role offers a chance to make a tangible difference, working alongside committed partners and communities while maintaining financial sustainability and inspiring a results-driven culture.
