Job Description
Good Samaritan Inn (GSI) is a respected community organisation providing crisis and transitional accommodation for women, gender diverse people and children experiencing family violence and homelessness. Inspired by a mission of compassion and justice, GSI delivers trauma-informed, high-quality care and actively engages in advocacy and sector partnerships.
Over recent years, the organisation has undergone considerable growth. With further expansion planned—including a new purpose-built facility and a diversifying service model. GSI requires a CEO who can lead both day-to-day operations and the long-term strategic direction of the organisation.

About you
- You will be a values-driven leader who is reflective, emotionally intelligent and resilient, with the ability to make courageous and clear decisions.
- You will bring extensive senior sector experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep commitment to GSI’s mission.
- You will enjoy guiding an organisation through transformation, while ensuring financial viability and service continuity.
- Others would recognise you as a leader who models excellent management skills, develops others and improves organisational culture, leaving a lasting legacy.
