Inspired by the charism of the Sisters of Mercy and with a student enrolment of 1,200 and total staff of approx. 190, Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College (Monte) is an independent Catholic secondary day school for girls, Years 7-12.

Academic Structure
Monte offers senior students the choice of studying either the NSW Higher School Certificate or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The Monte teaching and learning framework enables young women to benefit from inquiry-based, student-centred strategies to provide a comprehensive and balanced education.
Position Overview:
The Deputy Principal, Curriculum is responsible for the provision of a high quality, effective and innovative academic program in Years 7 – 12. This Executive role leads the development and delivery of curriculum, including NESA, HSC and IB programs and oversees all aspects of high-quality teaching and learning ensuring alignment with the College’s strategic plan and best practices.
