Director of Governance, Risk and Improvement (2-year fixed term contract) – EREA Victorian Schools Ltd
EREA VSL is seeking an exceptional and values‑driven leader to join our organisation as the Director of Governance, Risk and Improvement. This pivotal senior role will lead the development and implementation of robust governance and risk management practices and drive continuous improvement across our schools.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Governance, Risk and Improvement will
- Provide strategic leadership of governance, risk and compliance frameworks across EREA VSL
- Drive organisational improvement through robust evaluation, internal audit and quality assurance processes
- Build capability and strengthen performance by partnering with principals, senior leaders and key stakeholders
About You
You are an experienced and influential leader, demonstrating
- Extensive experience in governance, risk and compliance, with the ability to drive organisational improvement in complex environments
- A strategic, influential communication style, who provides authoritative advice and engages effectively with senior leaders, executives and boards
- Values‑driven leadership and commitment to EREA’s mission and vision
