Position Overview:
Reporting to the Principal and a member of the College Leadership, the role supports the Principal to ensure that highly engaged and effective staff can contribute positively to realising the mission of the College. This position is accountable for the efficient and effective management of Human Resource systems, processes and practices within the College.
We seek an experienced generalist HR practitioner (ideally with experience in Education, n-f-p or Professional Services) who has the desire to develop their career within a setting of professional learning, collaboration, and a culture that values innovation and reflection.
