CRMV Ltd (Victoria) is seeking an experienced Catholic education leader to serve as Executive Officer and Company Secretary, providing senior leadership, governance oversight and advocacy on behalf of Catholic schools governed by Religious Institutes and Ministerial Public Juridic Persons.

This part-time, fixed-term role is well suited to a retiring or transitioning Catholic Principal, CEO or senior system leader who brings deep knowledge of Catholic education, strong governance capability and a commitment to mission.

Reporting to the Board Chair, the Executive Officer represents CRMV in key Church and education forums, supports the governance of the organisation, and advocates for Member Schools at State and National levels, including through the Victorian Catholic Education Authority.

The role offers:
