What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning and delivering engaging formation events and programs
• Coordinating the Formation Committee – agendas, scheduling, minutes
• Managing formation communications – newsletters, inbox, website updates
• Liaising with ministry leaders to share resources and promote initiatives
• Ensuring everything aligns with our mission, Catholic identity and values
• Partnering with a collaborative team to bring strategy to life

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine understanding of Catholic ministry, language and rituals
• 5+ years’ experience in formation, mission, communications or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and attention to detail
• Confidence using MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress
• A calm, proactive and positive approach to your work
