Inspired by the Gospel, formation.org.au Ltd. creates time and space for connection, dialogue and professional learning. We are a not-for-profit, membership association of formation and mission leaders connecting across all sectors and ministries of the Catholic Church in Australia, shaping the emerging future of the profession of formation for Mission.

We are seeking Founding Board Directors who share this vision and are ready to help build something extraordinary from the ground up.

• Experience in / desire to be part of growing start-ups, with the capacity to share your professional skills, network and time.
• Practitioners of creative learning design and digital community building in NFP, community or business settings.

• Financial acumen and governance expertise, ideally in membership networks or mission-driven organisations.
