Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join its School Improvement Services Leadership Team as Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of Catholic education by leading the Diocese’s Curriculum and Pedagogy function, strengthening principal and teacher capability, and driving system-wide curriculum implementation, pedagogical excellence and instructional improvement that enhances student learning outcomes across the Diocese.

About You

You are a respected educational leader who brings:

• significant leadership experience as a Principal and/or senior system leader.
• proven experience leading curriculum implementation, pedagogical excellence and instructional improvement.
• exceptional leadership capability with the ability to coach, influence and develop others.
• outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• extensive experience leading curriculum reform, evidence-informed teaching and educational improvement across complex educational environments.
• a genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
