Working in partnership with the HR Manager, you will provide trusted support that helps maintain a safe, respectful, and values-driven workplace.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing day-to-day HR guidance to managers and staff across multiple ministries
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and contract processes
• Coordinating learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives
• Helping shape workplace culture and WHS practices
• Working closely with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Contributing to projects, performance reviews, reporting, and policy updates

What you’ll bring:

• Generalist HR experience and strong people instincts
• Experience with the SCHADS (Home Care) Award valued
• A warm, approachable style with the ability to build trust quickly
• Confidence handling employment matters with discretion and professionalism
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently but collaboratively
