Exciting Job Opportunities
Two Positions available:Â Â Â Chef / Cook and Caretaker
Location                     St Clement’s Retreat & Conference Centre, Galong, NSW.
We seek a couple to fill two positions:
Position 1: Chef or Cook (Full time)
Our chef/cook will create nourishing meals twice a day for guests (numbering 15 up to 60) ensuring their dining experience is satisfying and nutritious.
Position 2: Caretaker (Full time)
Our caretaker will help maintain the facilities, attend to the daily needs at the Centre and ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

Ideal Candidates: We are looking for a dedicated couple who are competent, people-friendly, attracted to the peace of the countryside and familiar with working in a Catholic ethos. You will join a dedicated team to create relaxing and meaningful experiences for our guests who use our accommodation facilities for retreats or conferences.

Situated on a working farm on the southwest slopes of NSW, and one hour from Canberra, you will be part of a community of Redemptorists and staff who value nature, tranquillity, hospitality and team work.
Contract duration: 2 years with an option for a further extension.
