About Us
Our College has an optimum size of 900 girls from Year 7 to Year 12. This size allows the College staff to know each student personally while offering a broad range of curriculum and cocurricular choices. Every girl can find her passion and raise her academic success.

The Role
We are seeking a Principal who will:
- Express and promote the Mission of Catholic Education in the charism tradition of the Brigidine Sisters and Kildare Ministries.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership in the field of education with a drive to achieve academic excellence in the College.
- Have a passion for the human flourishing of young women and commitment to girls’ education.
- Lead the continuous development of a strong culture of professional and academic growth for all staff.
- Encourage and support the curricular and cocurricular life of the College.
- Possess good knowledge of independent school governance, finance, marketing and administration.
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with parents, students, staff, Alumni, the College Board, Kildare Ministries, Catholic agencies and other relevant partners.
- Demonstrate the strategic capacity to lead an extraordinary school into the future.
