Emmaus College is a co-educational Catholic College situated in North Rockhampton. Building on the foundations of St Stanislaus College, originally founded by the Christian Brothers in 1958 and Marian Secondary School for girls, established in 1964 by the Sisters of St Joseph, Emmaus College opened as a Year 7 to 12 College in 1993. The College anchors its practices in the teachings and way of life of Jesus and takes inspiration from the Emmaus story in Luke’s Gospel. As a community of hope and justice, the Emmaus College community celebrates God’s love and the dignity of each person, and offers the opportunity for all to engage in the Catholic identity and ethos of the college, which permeates the entire curriculum.

The educational mission of Emmaus College is to provide holistic, relevant, Catholic secondary education to students and families who seek its values.
