FCJ College Benalla, a Catholic co-educational Year 7-12 College, is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Principal to lead our growing community of 467 students.
The Council of FCJ College Benalla, in cooperation with the FCJ Education Australia Board, seeks to appoint a Principal who will inspire the community and lead collaboratively with vision and courage.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding Catholic educator with a proven record of successful school leadership. They will be a highly motivated, relational leader with a strong capacity to foster the values of the Gospel, the Catholic faith tradition and the FCJ charism.
The charism is characterised by companionship, gentleness, justice, courage and confidence. Aligned with the College’s faith and values, the new Principal will place strong emphasis on academic excellence, innovation and continuous improvement in learning and teaching.
Fostering students’ capacity for creative and critical thinking and independent learning will continue to be important features of the learning culture.
Established in 1900, FCJ College is an integral part of the progressive township of Benalla.
