Catholic Education in the Diocese of Armidale
The Armidale Catholic Schools Office (ACSO) serves 24 schools across the New England and Northwest region of NSW. The ACSO supports almost 1,000 employees in teaching and non-teaching roles, for almost 6,000 students across the Diocese.
About the role
The position purpose is to build the capacity of Catholic school principals and leadership teams to enable more effective and efficient leadership and management of our schools.
Reporting to the Director of Schools, this is one of 4 School Performance Leaders, each with a portfolio of schools they work closely with; as well as having some ‘whole of system’ responsibilities.
About Armidale NSW
Armidale is a major city with a population of nearly 30,000 people, which rests high on the Northern Tablelands. It is approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane and two hours from the coast.
