As part of this uplift, a newly created opportunity exists for an experienced Treasury Manager to establish a fit-for-purpose treasury function and lay strong foundations for the future.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this high-profile role will establish and embed treasury policies, processes, and controls across Centacare.
This role suits a senior treasury professional who enjoys transformation, bringing clarity, and creating a strong, scalable function.

Key Focus Areas

• Establish and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls for a complex NFP
• Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and reporting
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to leadership
• Ensure sufficient liquidity and optimise surplus cash
• Oversee debit and credit card processes and improve controls
• Ensure funding is in place for all operations and manage funding partner relationships
• Explore funding options and provide scenario analysis for decision-making

About You
You are a hands-on treasury professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist. You combine strong technical skills with integrity, good judgment, and a values-led approach.
You bring:

• Experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
• Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modelling skills
• A disciplined control and risk mindset
• The ability to explain complex treasury matters clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Experience establishing or improving treasury functions in NFP, health, or education sectors is highly regarded.
