CEDB supports 33 school communities and approximately 10,000 students across regional and rural NSW. With around 2,000 staff, it is a large employer committed to delivering high-quality Catholic education.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Head: HR, Risk & WHS, the Workforce Manager leads a team responsible for delivering high-quality HR services across the system, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and recruitment. This is a hands-on leadership role with both operational and strategic impact. You will:
- Lead HR service delivery, including workforce planning and recruitment
- Provide HR advice and service to school and system leaders
- Drive process improvement and contribute to key projects
- Play a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS
- Build strong relationships with principals and stakeholders across the Diocese
The offer:
- Salary circa $146,000 – $151,000 + super
