Inspiring Mission Advocate: You understand and deeply value our mission, and your enthusiasm is infectious. You can ignite the passion of Catholic schools, students, and youth to participate in our impactful programs, including Socktober, which enrich the lives of children and families worldwide.
Exceptional Communicator: You know how to sell an idea because you’re passionate about what it represents. Your communication skills are exceptional, spanning various mediums. You have the power to motivate schools and their students to engage in our meaningful work through compelling storytelling and persuasive communication.
Credentials Essential: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in relevant disciplines such as education, marketing, communications, fundraising, or sales are vital for success in this role. Ideally, you have prior experience or familiarity with the Catholic Education Sector or other Catholic Church ministries, as well as experience in workshop or program delivery.
Mobility and Flexibility: With an Australian driver’s license and a heart for the regions as well as the city, you’re ready to personally connect with schools and communities across Queensland. Your adaptability and energy make you a perfect fit for our dynamic work environment.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
You’ll have the chance to lead our school and youth strategy across Queensland, based out of our Brisbane office in a caring and supportive environment with diverse, passionate, and skilled colleagues. You won’t be stuck in one place, often out visiting schools and youth communities, meeting new faces, attending events, and presenting at gatherings. You’ll feel supported by a small and friendly team and a wider network of colleagues around the country.
We offer above-award holiday breaks, including some freebie days over Christmas, and flexible working arrangements with hybrid work from home/office options and time-in-lieu. You’ll have access to an Employee Assistance Program and opportunities for professional development and learning to further your career.
