EFCL’s services include transition support, health and wellbeing coordination, administration, and community coordination. We provide these services while also honouring each Service Partner’s legacy and mission.
We are seeking a Congregational Coordinator to join our team to help support one of our Service Partners, the Presentation Sisters Wagga Wagga.
About the Role
Reporting to the EFCL Shared Services Manager, you will provide administrative, communication, and operational support to the Presentation Sisters and staff both in Sydney and Wagga Wagga, and pastoral support for the Sisters in Sydney.
Using your outstanding organisation skills, and in collaboration with the Sisters, you will coordinate and facilitate regular community gatherings and meetings; and support planning and celebration of significant events such as birthdays and community milestones.
You will support committees by facilitating communication with the wider Congregation and undertaking all aspects of meeting administration, including assisting in setting the agenda, recording and distributing minutes, and following up on action items. You will provide general administration support to the Congregation and individual Sisters and colleagues, including organising travel arrangements for the Sisters, maintaining records, managing reception duties and stationery orders, and producing and distributing the monthly newsletter.
Other aspects of your role will include contributing to the wellbeing and care of the Sydney-based Sisters by providing them with pastoral support, and providing practical support to the Health and Wellbeing Coordinator.
