St John’s Regional College is a Catholic Co-educational College, with a proud Lasallian and Presentation tradition, serving the parishes of Dandenong, Dandenong North, Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Noble Park and Hampton Park.
Applicants are invited for the following key leadership positions and ongoing teacher positions:
Director of Faith and Mission
Position of Leadership (POL 6) | 4-Year Appointment
As a key member of the College Leadership Team, the Director of Faith and Mission drives the faith formation of students and staff and is responsible for animating the Catholic identity of the College through liturgy, social justice, retreats, and community engagement. You will foster the College’s charism and help bring the Gospel to life within the school context.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading whole-school liturgical events, reflection days, retreats, and prayer
- Coordinating Social Justice, Project Compassion, and outreach programs
- Mentoring student faith leaders and supporting staff spiritual formation
- Enhancing Catholic identity through strategic faith initiatives
- Leading the College’s bi-annual Cambodia immersion experience
Religious Education Learning Area Leader
Position of Leadership (POL 3) | 3-Year Appointment
As the Learning Area Leader for Religious Education, you will lead curriculum development, pedagogy, and assessment practices within the Religious Education department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation and evaluation of Religious Education programs
- Embedding Visible Learning strategies and faith integration into teaching practices
- Collaborating with the Director of Faith and Mission on faith formation across the curriculum
- Facilitating professional learning and reflective teaching practices
