Following the announcement that the current Principal, Mr Paul Belton, will retire at the end of this year after ten years of outstanding service, EREA Colleges Ltd invites applications for the role of Principal of St Paul’s College, Gilles Plains, for commencement in January 2025.

Established in 1958, St Paul’s College is a co-educational Catholic school for students from Reception to Year 12 in the inner Northeast of Adelaide. Since becoming co-educational in 2022, the College has grown to over 1,100 students and experiencing a great deal of growth in its physical resources with several plans for immediate and long-term developments.

St Paul’s College’s common goal is to offer positive opportunities for growth through education. By opening hearts and minds through pastoral care, academic and co-curricular activities, the College lifts and liberates students and together with families produce young adults, committed to justice and solidarity as well as the pursuit of personal excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional credentials as a Catholic educator, demonstrating a proven record of successful and highly relational leadership. He or she will be capable of cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability across all aspects of the College, with a strong interest in both academic and pastoral areas, and preferably with some experience of Master Planning.
