Seeking an experienced Administration Officer/Receptionist to be the first point of contact at the Marist Centre Melbourne in Parkville, offering professional administrative support within a vibrant, mission driven Catholic education community.

We are seeking a highly skilled, executive-level administrator for the role of Executive Officer to support the Director of the office through a variety of tasks related to administration, organisation and communication. This role is full-time with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Currently based in Leichhardt and relocating to the Sydney CBD in early 2027.

A rare opportunity to work with the Sisters mostly based in Brisbane as the first point of contact for two-way information/communication and connection to the Institute including services provided by the Institutes Professional Services teams.
