The Executive Officer is responsible for providing trusted support and advice to the Trustees of Calvary Ministries on matters related to the exercise of their duties as Canonical Stewards and Board Directors of Calvary Ministries. This role is responsible for ensuring Trustees comply with both civil and canon law accountabilities, and for the effective administration of Calvary Ministries.

As Parish Office Administration Manager you will be responsible for managing community facing operations, coordinating enquiries and leading office administration, financial processing, records management, volunteer administration and parish communications.
